CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking an appointment, you reserve a specific time slot. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, you will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee of scheduled services and will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid. I understand that things happen and you may need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If the same appointment slot has been rescheduled more than twice, a booking fee will be required to secure the third reschedule. Clients who no-show will be charged 100% of total services scheduled. Your time is valuable, and so is mine. So please be respectful. By booking an appointment serves as your acknowledgement and agreement to all salon policies, including the cancellation, rescheduling terms.
